Join The Crew
Five years ago I started Yule Love Lights with a ladder and a YouTube tutorial. My boss asked me to hang his Christmas lights, and I said yes before I knew how. Today we light up 200+ homes and businesses across Nassau and Suffolk County, and Iโm looking for two more people to join the crew this season.
Weโre hiring 2 Installers, starting October 1st.
What You'll Do
- Install professional rooflines, wreaths, garland, and trees on homes and businesses
- Work safely on ladders, roofs, and lifts, full crew days
- Follow the design plan so every job looks clean and professional
- Troubleshoot lighting, swap bulbs, and keep displays looking perfect all season
- Keep track of materials on site: lights, clips, cords, and timers
- Help take down and store displays after the season
What We're Looking For
- 18 or older
- Comfortable on roofs, ladders, and lifts, this is physical, hands-on work most days
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in cold weather
- Reliable transportation, on time every time (a valid license is a plus)
- Positive attitude, coachable, team player
- No experience needed, we train you
Schedule & Pay
Season runs October through January. Pay is $20 to $25 an hour based on experience, plus performance bonuses for efficiency, safety, and finishing the season strong. Do great work and thereโs a real shot at year-round hours on our permanent lighting side.
