Do you have a minimum charge or service fee?
Our minimum charge for holiday lights installation is $1000 and it increases as we get closer to the holidays. However, for permanent lights installation, we don’t have a set minimum charge as each project is unique and the cost will depend on various factors such as the size and complexity of the project, type of lights used, and the location. For a more accurate estimate, we recommend that you contact us directly to discuss your specific needs and requirements. We will be happy to provide a detailed quote and estimate for your project.
Do I have to buy the lights for/from you?
Nope! We provide commercial-grade, rental lights that stay in great condition year after year. You don’t have to store them, fix them, or worry about replacing broken strands from big-box stores.
Many people like to wait until after Thanksgiving when they start decorating with Christmas trees and other decorations inside their house but that might be cutting it too close if you want your house lit up with festive holiday lights! Plus most installers will require more time due to increased demand around the holidays.
If possible try scheduling an appointment for sometime in late October/early November – this gives the installer enough time for installations but still ahead of peak demand during December. Most companies offer useful tips on how-to hang holiday lights yourself as well as any helpful advice about installation of their products in general so make sure you do some research before deciding on what type of lighting system works best for your home and budget.
What is your Stay-Lit Guarantee and how does it work?
We offer a Stay-Lit Guarantee. If anything dims, flickers, or fails, just let us know and we’ll come fix it fast. You won’t be left in the dark. We respond within 48 hours.
What if my last company never came back to take my lights down?
We hear that all the time. Last year alone, we got over 120 calls in January of 2025 from frustrated neighbors. That won’t happen with us. We take pride in following through and making your season stress-free and if you need help give us a call!
Can I change the colors every year?
Since you have an all-inclusive service, you can choose different color schemes each year: classic white, multicolor, warm white, candy cane, and more!
Do the lights stay on all night long?
That’s totally up to you. Many people choose to have the lights came on at sunset and go off at sunrise. If you prefer to have them come on or go off on another schedule, let us know at the time of your installation and our techs can program the timer to your desired schedule.
Will my electric bill go up?
All of our systems are considered “low-voltage.” The low voltage system is powered by a transformer that plugs into a traditional outdoor rated GFI outlet. The low voltage system uses a minimum amount of electricity each month. For the average installation, most people won’t even notice a difference in their monthly electric bill.
What will my property look like when you leave?
For most typical installations, you’ll never even know we were there. We work hard to make sure to return everything as closely as possible to its original condition. However, you may notice some small lines in the grass where the wires were run and you’ll probably notice the new fixtures in the mulch beds, under trees, and around the house.
Who will be working at my house?
Our trained staff members will show up in uniforms & wrapped vehicles to your property. Each designer and technician has been through our employment screening which includes both a criminal background check and sex offender check.
The other guy said he can do it for cheaper. Why are you more expensive?
These guys may be great at what they do respectively, but they typically don’t specialize in outdoor lighting. We DO. All we do is lighting. We specialize and hyper-focus on lighting.
